I decided to change up how I do my blog a little bit, instead of doing a picture a day I am going to do weekly posts with pictures... sounds kinda like a regular blog I guess! Ha! I'm going to still try and do a picture a day but I was finding it tough to remember exactly which day we did what and for some reason the date setting on my camera does not work properly. Anyways, here we go I'll try it this way and see what happens, this is what we did this week...

We put our house up for sale.

We went to the Muttart Conservaroty.

Nixon took a pretty good picture of some tulips, she gets right in there with the camera. No zoom involved.

We laughed because this picture is very typical of these two. Ella being girly, sitting pretty and Nixon getting her picture taken because mamma said so (she would rather be running around).

The little lady got sick and threw up on my brand new couch. Yeah that's our throw up bowl, does everybody have a specific throw up bowl or is that just a Hamilton thing? Growing up it was the popcorn/throw up bowl.

I decided I would try and take both my kids to The Lorax Movie. This little guy was a dream and so was Nixon, of course. The movie was cute and I think the ladies behind me really enjoyed me coming in late and then taking pictures after we sat down. You're welcome ladies!

Nash has been wearing holes in pretty much all of his of his clothes, these bad boys were only a couple months old. I can not wait for him to walk.

He does have awesome hair though!

Does anybody else remember laying in the snow when they were little? I loved just laying in the snow and I guess Nixon does too, usually I would lay on my back though... she's a little crazy!

Nixon got sent to her room (probably for taking Nash's toy) then I started talking on horn and literally at least and hour later I was putting something away in the linen closet and she scared the crap out of me. I forgot she was in there. Oopsy.

Nixon asked if she could take pics with my camera, she probably took over a hundred, some were good and some not so much. I thought this one was a little artistic and cute. We have a huge pillow with 6 or 7 buttons on it that are all different colours and she took a picture of every single button. It kept her busy for over an hour...

I decided last night, while laying in bed creeping blogs, that I'm going to start a picture a day blog. I mostly want to do this so that I will start doing more fun things with my kids... Let's be honest pictures of tv watching, not that interesting! So here goes...

We are growing wheat grass, not for eating (sick), just for cuteness.

You soak plain old wheat for about 24 hours and once is starts getting little white things (that's a technical term) on the end you put in on top of dirt and spray it with water to keep it moist. Oh I guess you might want to put it in some sort of container first.

That's it. Pretty simple, we did it last year and it was really fun to watch it grow.

I'll post another picture once it starts growing.
